Made to Order/ Made to Measure

• All special orders are pre-paid.
• Made to measure items will incur an additional 25% on the retail price
• Any additional charges that relate to fabric and or customization will be advised individually at the time of consultation
• All made to order and made to measure garments cannot be absorbed into inventory. Therefore, no cancellations are accepted.
• 8.375% sales tax will be added for New York residents. Additional taxes and charges may be incurred as required by law and for international orders.
• Lead time are as follows:
• Lingerie 4-8 weeks
• Dresses and separates 8-12 weeks

Quality control

We uphold the pristine quality of our garments in manufacturing and delivery. Items are delivered directly from the designer to you. Each garment is thoroughly checked by Jean Yu staff and must pass a quality control process prior to being shipped.

Privacy and security

Personal information received will be used only for the purposes of completing the order and will not be distributed to any other person or entity other than Jean Yu, Inc. and its affiliates.

Shipping

A customer signature is required upon delivery. Additional charges may be incurred if more than one attempt is made for delivery. If your item is a gift, then you accept the recipient's signature as evidence of delivery. You will be contacted by email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. All items are fully insured until they are delivered at which point you are responsible.

International Orders

Orders will usually be delivered within 12 business days. Standard international shipping is at $65 shipping cost, for expedited delivery please call us on +1 212 226 0067 to discuss your options.

All import duties and taxes will be charged to the customer's credit card. Such charges are based on several factors, including total price, the weight of the package, specific contents and its destination and are determined by the receiving country.

Returns & Exchanges

In person

Items should be returned new, unused with all original packaging and all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned. Returned items can be exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the purchase date. Customers must provide the original purchase receipt upon return for a full refund. We are only able to exchange items for a different size that is in available inventory. Should you wish to exchange an item for an alternative style, you will be supplied with a store credit note that will be valid for up to twelve (12) months from the exchange date.

By mail

Items should be returned new, unused with all original packaging and all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned. To return an item, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within seven (7) days of receiving your order. To do this, please email info@jeanyu.com or call +1 212 226 0067. A copy of the original purchase receipt must be provided upon return. Once approved, you will be contacted by email with the applicable shipping details, including a tracking number. No returns can be made via mail without a prior RAN.

For your convenience, we include a pre-printed return address label and return form with your order. We suggest that you insure your item to its full value as we take no responsibility for lost or damaged mail returns.

Items returned outside of the seven (7) days will be accepted at the discretion of Jean Yu, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Packaging

Ready-to-wear/slips

Every order will arrive in timeless and functional Jean Yu packaging. The item will be wrapped in black tissue inside a beautiful hard cover black box, with threaded ribbon.

Camisoles and Lingerie

Every order will arrive in Jean Yu packaging. The item will be wrapped in black tissue inside a white gloss box.

* Please note: International Customers and Customers shipping products internationally should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift", but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
